You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. If you are acting under a legal disability or lack the capacity to enter contracts, you are not permitted to use the Platform.
The following persons are ineligible to hold an Account: (a) employees, contractors, and directors of vilo88 and its affiliated entities; (b) immediate family members of the above; (c) persons who are currently self-excluded from the Platform; (d) persons whose Accounts have been permanently closed by vilo88 for violations of these Terms.
Each User may register and maintain exactly one Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited regardless of the email address, phone number, payment method, or device used. Where multiple Accounts are detected, vilo88 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and void any winnings derived from them.
You agree to provide complete, current, and accurate information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and active Indonesian mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the lifetime of your Account. Any material change must be reported to our support team promptly.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any third party. vilo88 will never request your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact us immediately at [email protected].
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure is processed, any remaining real-money Balance will be paid to your registered withdrawal method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.
vilo88 is obligated to verify the identity and age of all Users. You must complete the KYC verification process before making your first withdrawal, and may be required to verify before certain deposit thresholds are reached. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe will result in temporary restriction of Account functions.

All funds deposited to vilo88 must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members — are not permitted. vilo88 reserves the right to return funds to the originating account and request evidence of ownership for any deposit that cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder.
Withdrawals are available to Users who have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) met any applicable wagering requirements associated with Bonus Funds; and (c) maintained Account activity consistent with these Terms.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per transaction. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified Accounts in good standing, although large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced due-diligence checks prior to processing.
vilo88 commits to processing all verified withdrawal requests within 15 minutes during Business Hours (08:00–16:00 WIB, Monday–Friday). Requests submitted outside Business Hours are queued and processed at the opening of the next Business Hour window. Processing times may be extended during Indonesian public holidays including Idul Fitri, Lebaran, and other national observances.
Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by our compliance team following a documented request. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect Account holders from fraudulent redirection of funds.
vilo88 does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply interbank transfer fees in accordance with their own fee schedules, for which vilo88 accepts no responsibility.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the Platform are subject to these General Bonus Terms as well as any specific terms communicated at the point of offer. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence. vilo88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a 10x wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount credited. For example, a bonus of Rp 100,000 requires total qualifying wagers of Rp 1,000,000 before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. Wagers placed on certain game categories — including, but not limited to, baccarat, roulette, and certain live-dealer games — may contribute at a reduced rate toward the wagering requirement. The contribution rate for each game category is published in the individual promotion terms.
A User is eligible to claim a welcome bonus only once per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Systematic exploitation of promotional offers — including but not limited to coordinated bonus abuse, matched betting using Platform bonuses, or the creation of multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Clause 10 and will result in Account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them expire 30 calendar days from the date of crediting unless the specific promotion states a different period. Expired bonus balances are removed from the Account without compensation.
Unless the specific promotion terms state a higher figure, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from Bonus Funds following satisfaction of wagering requirements is 5x the original bonus value. Any balance exceeding this cap will be removed from the Account upon withdrawal request processing.
vilo88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the bet is placed after an event has commenced and live-betting is not available for that market; (b) the odds displayed were the result of a technical error; (c) the User is attempting to exploit a pricing error; or (d) the bet would violate applicable rules or regulations.

Void bets are settled at odds of 1.00 and the original stake is returned to the User's real-money Balance.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may cause temporary outages. vilo88 accepts no liability for losses — including missed betting opportunities or unfulfilled wagering requirements — arising from Platform unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vilo88's aggregate liability to any User arising from or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
vilo88 expressly excludes liability for: (a) indirect or consequential losses; (b) loss of profits or revenue; (c) loss of data; (d) losses arising from a User's own negligence or breach of these Terms; and (e) losses caused by third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or telecommunications networks outside vilo88's direct control.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless vilo88, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, penalties, fines, or costs — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any applicable law in connection with your use of the Platform.
The collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
vilo88 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors, game studios, and KYC verification partners is limited to what is strictly necessary for the provision of Platform services.
vilo88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage and, where practical, via email to the address registered on your Account. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure with withdrawal of any real-money Balance prior to the amendment's effective date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law as selected by the operator. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause shall prevent vilo88 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
